We can discuss your facility’s needs and tailor a service agreement just for you. Together, we’ll work through the examinations you need, referral arrangements, availability, fees and how your team wants to receive updates.

We’ll also discuss any reporting or service-review requirements and agree what’s practical for your facility. The agreement starts with a conversation, not a one-size-fits-all package.

Getting your team started

We walk staff through referrals, fees, portal access and results. We agree how we’ll communicate and remain available for ongoing telephone and email support.

Keeping referrals moving

We confirm receipt, organise attendance and send updates when images and reports are ready. Your team can follow progress in ModiaConnect, while our team tracks the referral through to reporting.

Getting results to the right people

We discuss report delivery and authorised image access with your treating team. Where needed, we can explore secure image transfer to a hospital PACS and other delivery arrangements.
